📋 Description
• Managing, prioritizing and completing multiple service calls dispatched by the Nouria Maintenance Manager • Performing general repair and maintenance in a safe and efficient manner • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times • Flexibility to respond to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours
🎯 Requirements
• High School or diploma required • Trade Certification is a plus • 3+ years in construction trades or facility management experience • Strong time management skills with ability to multitask • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications • Possession of a valid driver’s license with good driving record is a must
