📋 Description

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs • Review solicitation requirements and ensure full compliance in submissions • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary content and documentation • Manage proposal timelines and submission deadlines • Assist with procurement research, bid sourcing, and opportunity identification • Maintain organized records of submissions and supporting materials • Recommend improvements to proposal strategy and win rates

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in proposal writing and/or procurement support • Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ processes and compliance requirements • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently • Experience working with government, real estate, or property management proposals is a plus • High attention to detail and professionalism in all deliverables • Independent contractor (1099) capacity • Ability to work 100% remotely • Availability for an as-needed, project-based workload
