• Provide shop and classroom instruction on CNC machine installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair • Teach assigned classes in full compliance with NTT and client policies, tailoring delivery to varied learner backgrounds and skill levels • Remain current in subject matter through professional development and contribute suggestions for program improvement and growth • Follow all company policies and procedures and perform additional professional duties that support high-quality instruction
• A minimum of seven (7) years of combined experience as a CNC Field Service Engineer or equivalent • Strong mechanical and electrical background in CNC machine repair, including servo systems, drives, wiring, hydraulics, and calibration • Demonstrated expertise in tooling selection, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, fixture design, and high-speed machining of aluminum, titanium, and/or Inconel • Proficiency with FANUC controllers for both programming and service diagnostics • Strong public-speaking ability and classroom-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to learners of all experience levels • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States by air and automobile, functioning independently while on assignment • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and standard office-productivity tools
