📋 Description

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and goals for Nucleus’ Federal business and associated functionality, including GRC features, self-hosted deployment, agency-specific capabilities, and associated products • Drive strategic product decisions by evaluating customer feedback and market trends • Define and analyze product performance metrics and drive improvement over time • Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to solve customer problems • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver shippable products • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, development, and go-to-market for Federal customer products • Guide product direction for an expanding, rapidly growing company

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in product management for a technology company • Experience working with US Federal agencies and commercial entities doing business with the Federal government as customers and stakeholders • Ownership experience of B2B SaaS and on-prem products • Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical and presentation skills • Comfort working with fully remote and distributed agile teams in multiple time zones • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with ownership of problems and solutions • Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of customers • Experience developing products related to security or GRC highly preferred • Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity preferred • Experience with products integrating native generative AI functionality preferred • Experience shipping products within a fast-paced AI-enhanced SDLC preferred
