• Manage and oversee day-to-day administration of assigned 340B programs to ensure compliance with HRSA guidance and applicable federal and state regulations • Serve as the primary point of contact and compliance resource for assigned Covered Entities regarding 340B program operations, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements • Conduct routine compliance reviews, internal audits, account monitoring, reconciliations, and operational assessments to identify potential risks or compliance concerns • Monitor program activity, data integrity, accumulations, replenishment activity, and operational workflows • Support and manage 340B ESP submission activities and manufacturer inquiry resolution processes • Develop, maintain, and update policies, procedures, workflows, and SOPs • Support preparation for HRSA audits, manufacturer audits, payer reviews, and internal compliance assessments • Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready documentation • Analyze program data and operational performance to identify process improvement, efficiency, savings optimization, and risk mitigation opportunities • Collaborate with Covered Entity leadership, pharmacy operations, finance, wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, and TPAs • Participate in client meetings, compliance discussions, operational reviews, onboarding activities, and strategic program initiatives • Provide education and operational guidance to clients and internal stakeholders regarding 340B requirements and best practices
• Deep working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, including HRSA guidance, compliance requirements, and program operations • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex compliance workstreams simultaneously, with high accuracy and accountability • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret program data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both frontline pharmacy staff and executive-level stakeholders • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain audit-ready documentation standards • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Preferred: Experience managing 340B programs for FQHCs, DSH hospitals, FQHC Look-Alikes, or other covered entities • Preferred: Familiarity with 340B third-party administrators (TPAs), ESP submissions, and manufacturer compliance processes • Preferred: Experience supporting HRSA audits or internal compliance assessments • Preferred: Background in pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance, or healthcare administration • Preferred: Proficiency in data analysis tools and 340B software platforms
