📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control throughout each project's life cycle • Coordinate the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan • Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients to ensure successful and timely project delivery • Mentor staff and adapt to various technical disciplines as needed • Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews of commercial Property and Facility Condition Assessments • Engage with subcontractors and field staff, monitor project progress, and maintain client communication • Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and staff • Provide recommendations and solutions to relationship managers and clients • Identify and resolve project issues, deliver progress reports, and manage client follow-up and concerns • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and coordinate responses to client requests for scope changes • Facilitate the delivery of final reports and invoices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in building sciences consulting or engineering due diligence or risk management-related services • Extensive knowledge of ASTM-2018 and the Property Condition Report Assessment process • Specific experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac report formats • Experience with pre-acquisition PCA due diligence reporting is a plus • Familiarity with the basic principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering • A Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management, etc.) • 3+ years of experience performing and/or reviewing property inspection reports • 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions
