📋 Description
• Manage activation SLAs and delivery timelines • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks that could impact installation timelines • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams • Act as a subject matter expert to support performance improvements • Support network infrastructure lifecycle activities
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) • 5-7 years of relevant work experience • Strong understanding of workflow management systems and Ethernet products • Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex problems • Excellent customer experience skills • Strong collaboration and communication skills
