📋 Description

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the agriscience developer ecosystem • Drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies across seeds and traits, crop protection, plant nutrition, digital agronomy, and related domains • Demonstrate solutions integrating the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines • Advise on sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools for agriscience innovation problems • Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA programs • Map, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and inform technology roadmaps • Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and partner adoption • Engage partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals and solve technical challenges • Represent partner technical needs and field feedback to NVIDIA product and engineering teams • Influence product roadmaps through actionable insights from field deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, Plant Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 8-10+ years of overall professional experience in the agriscience industry in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships • 5+ years of direct hands-on experience with genomic variant analysis, trait discovery, agrochemical molecule virtual screening, domain-specific LLM, or related areas • Experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, agriscience ISVs, or relevant verticals • Technical proficiency in high-performance and accelerated computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or agriscience-specific frameworks and libraries • Ability to distill complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and technical talks or workshops • Ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with stakeholders • Hands-on experience building or optimizing agriscience vertical-specific solutions • Familiarity with BioNeMo, Parabricks, NeMo, RAPIDS, CUDA, or similar advanced computing, AI, and GPU acceleration platforms • Track record designing and implementing real-time, low-latency processing systems • History of building and scaling developer communities and delivering technical enablement programs
