📋 Description

• Manage and communicate processes and material readiness • Conduct build schedule exercises and communicate status to headquarters • Drive factory mass-production teams to check BOM/ECO implementation efficiently and effectively • Lead and facilitate mass-production meetings with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering representatives • Support process development, pilot, and manufacturing ramp-up • Improve internal processes and remove gaps across multiple teams and functions • Improve NVIDIA’s factory planning function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in industrial management or Industrial Engineering • 12+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience • Experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) is desirable • Deep understanding of project management teams, conflict resolution, and meeting schedule timelines • Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills • High interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional and cross-organizational work • Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently • Familiarity with spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation • Strong observational and analytical skills • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to track and report metrics and manage risks • Organized and efficient time management and multitasking skills • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines • Proven track record in Program or Project Management
