• Perform daily database operations, monitoring, and routine maintenance. • Support Oracle and/or SQL Server database environments. • Support daily ETL processes for reporting and data warehouse activities. • Develop, run, and troubleshoot SQL queries. • Validate data quality and support interface reconciliation. • Generate data quality reports and assist with data quality controls. • Support SFTP-based data transfer processes. • Provide Tier 1–2 help desk support for database, reporting, data, and interface issues. • Support MicroStrategy or similar BI/reporting environments. • Maintain database documentation and support approved change and release processes.
• 3+ years of relevant database administration experience. • Hands-on experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server. • Experience with ETL processes, SQL queries, data validation, and SFTP processes. • Knowledge of MicroStrategy or similar business intelligence/reporting tools. • Experience supporting production operations, troubleshooting, and help desk tickets. • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work with technical teams, program staff, and government stakeholders. • U.S. Citizenship required.
