📋 Description

• Install diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites • Assist with or perform preventive maintenance and calibrations according to equipment specifications and standards • Interact with customers to identify issues and needs while maintaining excellent customer relations • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and service multiple products in one or more modalities • Answer technical and applications questions for internal and external customers • Escalate questions or issues to the appropriate person when necessary • Improve product knowledge and skills through formal and on-the-job training • Provide accurate and timely service reports, part orders, part returns, timecards, expense reports, and other required reports • Respond promptly to colleagues in Service Support, Finance, Sales, and other departments • Maintain frequent contact with the manager to present information or recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Two-year post-secondary degree or certificate in electronic technology or equivalent training • Minimum of three years work experience, preferably in digital imaging field or experience in a specific modality • Experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment is preferred • Experience with CT is a plus • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Demonstrated ability in the use of hand and power tools • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Must be a self-starter able to work independently and in a team environment • Willingness to travel overnights as needed • Availability for calls during off-hours • Ability to perform specialized or technical work with unclear guidelines • Analytical judgment where policies and methods are not well-established • Ability to independently lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
