📋 Description

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies • Determine effective candidate sourcing avenues through online channels such as Indeed • Assess candidate information using the Applicant Tracking System • Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone interviews, assessments, and in-person and/or video interviews • Provide strategic thought partnership to hiring managers throughout candidate selection and advise on candidate skill sets and company fit • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key influencers • Manage the candidate experience throughout the process • Stay current on industry trends and technology to support continuous recruitment advancements • Recruit for multiple positions while coordinating tasks, deadlines, and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another complementary field • 3+ years of experience in recruiting preferred • Experience with full life cycle recruiting process • Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills • Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills • Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques • Familiarity with resume databases, job boards and professional networks • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlines • Ability to work in an environment free from noise and distractions • Willingness to undergo a background check • Ability to work 40 hours per week initially in a part-time role • No current or future sponsorship requirement
