📋 Description

• Own machine learning strategy and execution • Build foundational infrastructure to scale machine learning implementations • Own MLOps engineering, including automating, deploying, and monitoring machine learning models • Serve as the trusted analytics expert for an Oasis workstream • Build analytics data models in DBT • Identify data sources for patient intervention and risk stratification and assess program impact • Build predictive models to identify target patient cohorts • Utilize AI/LLMs to advance patient and provider engagement • Analyze clinical data from payors and providers • Analyze clinical program performance • Analyze workflow and operational data • Develop the analytics layer for executive and operational dashboards • Lead the data and analytics function and own predictive modeling capabilities end to end • Collaborate with Executive, Operations, Clinical, Product, Finance, and technology teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics with hands-on expertise in real-world data • Advanced SQL skills for complex data analysis and reporting • Advanced Python skills for building and productionalizing machine learning models • Experience developing impactful BI reports and dashboards for end-users • Ability to adapt to new technologies • Comfortable working in the ambiguity and rapid change of a startup environment • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams, including operational and clinical teams • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship • Applicants must currently reside in the United States • Preferred: Previous experience at a health plan or Managed Service Organization • Preferred: Familiarity with Medicare Advantage populations and their unique healthcare needs • Preferred: Background in value-based care organizations • Preferred: Experience with AWS, DBT, and Snowflake
