• Support users with questions and issues related to EPIC applications and other technology solutions • Research and troubleshoot system issues • Assist with system configuration, maintenance, and testing • Learn healthcare workflows and identify solutions that improve the user experience • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions • Participate in training, certification preparation, and professional development activities • Deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare organizations and end users • Develop specialized healthcare technology skills through structured learning, hands-on experience, mentorship, and EPIC training • Support healthcare organizations across the country • Work remotely from a home office and participate in virtual meetings using video conferencing technology • Potentially support member organizations on-site for new software installations, with travel determined by OCHIN business needs
• EPIC experience is not required • Previous analyst experience is not required • Helpful experience may include healthcare, dental, customer service, technology, operations, data analysis, EHR systems, or EPIC applications, but none are required • Curious and eager to learn • Strong problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills • Detail-oriented and organized • Adaptable and resilient • Collaborative team member • Self-starter • Driven by impact • Passionate about delivering extraordinary customer service • Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the interview stage • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • High-speed internet required • Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace required • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive approval for a medical or religious exemption before the hire date
