📋 Description

• Coach apprentices completing Epic certification, proficiency, operational end-user training, customer service training, JIRA responsiveness training, and application-specific learning • Translate formal curriculum into applied build and configuration capability • Support apprentices in full-cycle revenue cycle applications, including EpicCare Ambulatory, Bugsy, Stork, Long-Term Care, Anesthesia, ASAP, and OpTime • Provide technical leadership for apprentice-appropriate service catalog work, including ticket review, troubleshooting guidance, escalation support, documentation coaching, and readiness assessment • Partner with formal trainers, operational leaders, Help Desk supervisors, MCT supervisors, mentors, and application subject matter experts • Help apprentices develop build habits involving documented standards, peer review, testing discipline, clear documentation, and downstream-impact awareness • Serve as a people leader and coach by setting expectations, monitoring progress, removing barriers, providing feedback, and supporting engagement and retention • Contribute to phase-gate readiness conversations by evaluating technical growth, quality, productivity, professional behaviors, and readiness for increased responsibility • Identify learning gaps and partner with Learning teams to improve job aids, simulations, coaching materials, standard work, and applied practice opportunities • Travel nationally, including to member organizations for Go-Live installations or training, as required by business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Epic certification and 5 years of hands-on build experience in relevant clinically oriented applications • Epic certifications and hands-on build experience in Clinical Epic Applications, including EpicCare Inpatient, EpicCare Ambulatory, Bugsy, Stork, Long-Term Care, Anesthesia, OpTime, and ASAP • Experience coaching, teaching, training, or mentoring technical teams, analysts, apprentices, or early-career staff • Strong understanding of Epic build and configuration principles, revenue cycle support workflows, testing practices, documentation expectations, and support escalation processes • Ability to connect technical configuration decisions to patient access, billing, reimbursement, eligibility, referrals, estimates, member operations, and business outcomes • Experience providing constructive feedback, assessing learner readiness, and supporting development plans for technical staff • Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction free workplace • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required before hire • Preferred: operational experience in patient access, scheduling, registration, referrals, estimates, eligibility, billing, claims, reimbursement, or revenue cycle settings • Preferred: experience supporting apprentices, interns, analysts, super users, trainers, or operational teams through structured development programs • Preferred: experience contributing to learning materials, job aids, build checklists, peer review tools, or readiness rubrics • Preferred: experience supporting cross-application revenue cycle workflows
