📋 Description

• Coordinate and deliver integrated products and services from preferred technology partners to member organizations • Lead and coordinate assigned projects from initiation to completion • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans • Assess impacts of proposed changes and recommend improvements • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, external vendors, and member organizations • Facilitate meetings and maintain transparent communication • Produce clear project documentation • Evaluate workflows and operational processes for improvement opportunities • Lead or contribute to initiatives that streamline operations, enhance system functionality, and improve service delivery • Provide subject matter expertise on supported products and systems • Share knowledge, mentor less experienced team members, and support continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Project Coordinator, or Business Analyst role, or project management experience including presenting/meetings, communications, and tracking progress from beginning to end • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • Travel required up to 20% nationally for on-site Go Live support based on business requirements • COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment, or approved medical/religious exemption before hire date
