📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for OCHIN Central and the Member Engagement Platform • Set up communities, manage content intake, publish member-facing updates, track issues, and perform routine platform maintenance • Develop, edit, and publish platform pages, posts, announcements, and guidance materials • Maintain moderated discussion spaces, participation norms, membership processes, and escalation pathways • Maintain governance and quality processes, including content standards, editor guidance, review cycles, documentation, templates, taxonomy, and communication practices • Manage initiatives, timelines, requests, and deliverables • Partner with OCHIN Central, Member Engagement, Marketing and Communications, content editors, subject matter experts, and governance groups • Analyze engagement data, content performance, platform activity, community needs, and recurring issues • Support reporting, continuous improvement, member self-service, and future platform enhancements • Build relationships with subject matter experts and internal teams • Travel nationally for Go-Live installations or training as required

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple workstreams, requests, timelines, and stakeholders • Strong written communication skills, including drafting, editing, and translating information into clear, accurate, member-centered content • Ability to translate technical software solution information into clear value for different member groups • Demonstrated ability to support community management, content coordination, knowledge sharing, or digital engagement activities • Comfort using Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint or similar content platforms, collaboration tools, and basic reporting or tracking systems • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and summarize platform, engagement, and operational data • Ability to apply established standards, workflows, and governance processes • English reading, speaking, writing, and understanding • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination, or approved medical/religious exemption, required before hire • Ability to travel nationally, potentially by air, vehicle, or train
