📋 Description
• Leading, training, and motivating PB maintenance analyst team • Managing projects prioritization and performance management • Collaborating with organization leadership for effective workflows • Tracking and measuring team, project, and individual performance goals • Resolving advanced and complex integration JIRA and Help-Desk tickets
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant Epic Application Analyst role • 1 year of supervisory experience highly desirable • Work history in Healthcare IT required • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification required • Experience in both PB Claims or PB desired
