• Support the mission of OCHIN by configuring and supporting Epic clinical acute applications • Consult with Clinical Informatics team to provide solutions for optimizing clinical decision support • Document and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for optimal system performance • Collaborate across departments for project implementations and to address member maintenance issues • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvement • Develop skills in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Epic application build • Epic certifications required in Epic ClinDoc and Inpatient Orders • Epic certification in Stork is desired • Strong build experience supporting clinical foundation build and optimization of workflows • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users • Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented • Strong organizational and project management skills.
