• Partner with internal teams and external members to optimize workflows • Provide temporary, high-quality support across administrative and technical EHR functions • Monitor, manage, and resolve JIRA tickets and internal help requests • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and providers • Evaluate workflows and offer strategic input to member leadership • Drive improvements aligned with OCHIN’s best practice standards • Deliver interactive training sessions in various formats • Assist in designing and enhancing learning programs and training content
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role required • 10 years of applicable experience desired • Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Ambulatory • At least 2 years of experience delivering Epic training preferred • Experience delivering training across multiple modalities • Proven experience training Epic Ambulatory workflows to a diverse audience • Strong understanding of health center clinical operations preferred • Ability to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the interview
