• Serve as a strategic advisor and primary liaison between OCHIN and member organizations in maintenance • Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships and drive alignment between member needs and OCHIN services • Lead member engagement efforts and ensure a consistently high-quality member experience • Identify opportunities for operational optimization • Coordinate solution development across internal teams • Guide members through onboarding, system enhancements, and transition to long-term maintenance • Lead, organize, and facilitate recurring member check-ins, site visits, and ad hoc meetings • Conduct business and technical analysis, including cost/resource modeling • Introduce internal and external product and service owners • Develop action plans and solutions supporting operational and strategic goals • Maintain account documentation, meeting notes, action items, service history, CRM entries, and financial insights • Review KPIs to assess performance trends and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with project management, business development, operations, and finance on product onboarding, technology optimization, professional services, and stabilization-to-maintenance transitions • Travel nationally for go-live support, service and operational collaboration, relationship management, or training
• Experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success Management preferred • Strong understanding of EHR, interoperability, healthcare compliance and regulation, and revenue cycle management preferred • Familiarity with ambulatory and acute workflows and best practices preferred • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Technology and EPIC preferred • Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office Software Suite preferred • Experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing executive-level member relationships preferred • Ability to create and maintain accurate, accessible, and organized documentation preferred • Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills • Ability to identify and partner internally and externally to offer new business solutions • Ability to manage internal and external staff relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, maintain service level agreements, and manage expectations • Legally authorized to work permanently in the United States; no employment visa sponsorship • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English
