📋 Description

• Provide at-the-elbow support, learning activities, and end-user setting labs (personalization) for new OCHIN members during and after Epic System go-live • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Learning Experience curricula, including multi-day bootcamps, full- and part-day webinars, and autodidactic curricula • Work intensively with health center teams on assigned projects to refine their Learning/Training Team and implement best-practice concepts • Design, develop, and implement member assessments and consultations around Learning/Training performance • Evaluate needs to identify improvement opportunities and possible solutions • Lead coordination of member consultations, including meeting logistics, member communication, meeting content, and follow-up • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives • Support OCHIN members during on-site go-live installations or training • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with electronic health records (EHR) software • EPIC strongly preferred • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with EPIC strongly preferred • Preference for 2-5 years supporting Ambulatory and Acute Care clinical setting • Strong consulting, facilitation, customer service and presentation skills preferred • Experience working with or within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Acute Care Healthcare Centers preferred • Ability to travel up to 80% nationally to support new member Go Lives • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High Speed Internet Service • Ability to work in a distraction free workplace • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption as a condition of employment
