📋 Description

• Contribute to the strategy, design, and optimization of the Epic Patient Access product suite • Provide subject-matter expertise and inform best-practice workflows • Deliver system enhancements • Support organizational initiatives including Gold Stars, Honor Roll, and Epic Upgrades • Build system applications and application packages • Move application packages through multiple environments • Communicate with application and technical team members and end users • Complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Work remotely from a home office and remain on camera for virtual meetings • Support member organizations on-site for new software installations when required • Travel nationally for Go-Live installations or training as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience as an Analyst • Current certification in assigned Epic applications: Prelude and Grand Central • Healthcare IT work history required • Demonstrated experience in system application build • Strong understanding of Patient Access workflows, analytics, and technology • Experience building system application packages and moving them through multiple environments • Strong understanding of patient access functionality for Community Connects, Critical Access Hospitals, and Rural Healthcare • Strong communication skills with application and technical team members and end users • Integrity and accountability • Process- and detail-oriented approach with focus on data-driven decision making • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • COVID-19 vaccination required as a condition of employment, unless approved for a medical or religious exemption • Ability to travel nationally as required by business needs
