📋 Description

• Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise analytics products. • Partner with executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable product requirements. • Lead prioritization of product enhancements, new capabilities, and technical investments. • Coordinate delivery across multiple analytics, data engineering, and technology teams. • Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and training activities. • Establish product success metrics and monitor performance to ensure products are delivering intended outcomes. • Gather customer feedback and continuously refine products based on user needs and organizational priorities. • Facilitate alignment between business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. • Manage a portfolio of analytics initiatives, balancing strategic investments with operational demands. • Champion product management best practices across the analytics organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, business intelligence, healthcare operations, or a related discipline. • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders. • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product requirements and delivery plans. • Experience working with analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven products.
