📋 Description

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise • Partner with People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations teams to support employee and business needs • Project manage high-visibility, high-impact technical projects across teams • Drive documentation, evidence collection, process improvements, and cross-functional follow-up related to compliance and business operations • Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria • Drive stakeholder accountability and keep deliverables on track • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively resolve them • Ensure projects are completed with quality, attention to detail, and urgency

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, program management, strategy, management consulting, or a related field • Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional projects to completion • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward practical solutions and execution • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • Experience with GRC, SOC 2, compliance, risk management, or security operations is a plus, but not required • Experience in a startup, high-growth technology, fintech, or crypto environment is a plus • Security+ and PMP certifications are a plus, but not required • GRC platforms, SOC 2 audits, security controls, or compliance programs experience is a plus • This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado
