📋 Description

• Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end, including screening and evaluating targets, leading market and operating diligence, building valuation models, writing investment memos, and supporting leadership on deal structuring and negotiation • Own post-merger integration planning and execution, including defining the integration thesis, building the integration plan, and driving required workstreams • Support fundraising preparedness by maintaining diligence-ready materials, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting, and managing process timelines and open items • Develop strategic business cases for new opportunities, including market and competitive analysis, target segments and use cases, deal or partnership economics, and execution roadmaps • Advise the leadership team with an informed external view on competitors, market structure, and emerging models, translating insights into recommendations • Drive internal strategy communications through strategy memos and planning and execution tracking • Establish scalable processes and strategies to enhance corporate development capabilities • Build relationships with blockchain founders and industry leaders while maintaining an organic pipeline of opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a corporate development or strategic finance function • Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraise process from start to close, with real ownership of workstreams rather than adjacent exposure • Genuine fluency in crypto, with crypto-native work experience strongly preferred • Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, including in segments where public data is limited or inconsistent • Exceptional written and visual communication; ability to build an executive-ready deck independently and write clearly for technical and non-technical audiences • Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership • Bachelor's degree
