📋 Description

• Manage 15–20+ general maintenance work orders a day • Review contractor reports, photos, and videos to verify diagnoses and catch issues early • Scope jobs accurately, catching misdiagnoses, inflated bids, wrong quantities, and missing materials • Give field contractors clear, confident direction and push back when needed • Answer contractor calls promptly and keep the work order queue current • Own communication across each job, from the field to internal operations through wrap-up • Act as the final quality gatekeeper before approval and billing • Track job progress and completion in the client’s custom internal platform • Cross-train on HVAC and plumbing work orders and help cover those queues as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC or plumbing experience (residential preferred) • Strong mechanical diagnostic and troubleshooting ability • Experience reading system tags, data plates, and job-site photos to assess work • Fencing, roofing, or drywall exposure is a plus but not required (training provided) • Exceptional verbal communication with US-based contractors • Highly responsive and organized, and comfortable managing dozens of open work orders at once • Fast learner on new software • Willingness to trade fieldwork for full-time remote work • Fluent English, verbal and written
