📋 Description

• Manage medium to large-scale IT projects such as system upgrades, application rollouts, and departmental technology initiatives • Lead internal resources and third-party vendors in project execution • Track project performance and report on milestones, identify and drive plans to resolve risks and issues • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and ensure clear communication of project goals • Support change management and training efforts • Ensure adherence to healthcare IT standards and data privacy regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating foundational project management skills considered • PMP or CAPM certification preferred • 3–5 years of IT project management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
