📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage teams of SharePoint Consultants and SharePoint Developers through the delivery lifecycle • Facilitate team project syncs, remove blockers, and maximize productivity and team satisfaction • Perform capacity planning to ensure team utilization • Lead project plans and milestone planning from kickoff to go-live • Manage deliverables, estimates, financials, schedules, client satisfaction, profitability, and team workload • Align clients on project scope, timelines, and budgets • Analyze scope changes, document changes, and prepare change orders • Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies • Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and scope changes to stakeholders • Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies • Uphold quality standards for project deliverables • Ensure weekly time logging and maximize billable hours and utilization • Review invoices and coordinate adjustments with Finance • Serve as the client’s primary contact for requirements gathering, solutioning, or development • Ensure timely project-stage signoffs and high-quality project updates, reports, and risk assessments • Establish and refine project management methodologies, standards, tools, and documentation • Identify project execution trends and recommend business improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or a related field • MBA a plus • 5+ years of experience in IT project management in a consulting capacity • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills • Client-first mindset and ability to build long-term relationships • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in consulting or client-facing environments • Proven experience managing technical implementation or enhancement projects • Experience collaborating with technical, business, and client stakeholders • Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office • Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in scope using Agile or Waterfall methodologies • Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Strong stakeholder communication and expectation management skills • Experience managing change requests and transitions during project updates • Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and team-leadership skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills • Preferred experience with enterprise collaboration platforms such as SharePoint or related Microsoft technologies • Availability to support North American clients and colleagues across multiple time zones • Primary work hours of 9–5 ET
