📋 Description

• Deliver complex technical project and program management assignments independently within pharmaceutical distribution technology programs • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, financial management, stakeholder expectations, and reporting • Develop integrated program plans, milestone schedules, risk registers, and governance routines • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, data, and business teams • Resolve blockers and maintain program momentum • Apply structured escalation frameworks to deliver program risks and issues • Facilitate decision-making with appropriate stakeholder involvement • Produce executive-ready program status reports, delivery dashboards, and decision briefings • Improve project management practices, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards • Guide less experienced project managers on planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required • Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment • Strong experience with budget, team, and project management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
