📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from signed contract through go-live and CSM handoff • Orchestrate deployment of the Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom with implementation engineers • Guide customers through technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO • Run kickoff calls and host ongoing office hours for end users and finance teams • Triage issues in real time and escalate to engineering or leadership as appropriate • Coordinate with CSMs on adoption strategies and active user growth • Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent accounts using Asana and Microsoft Planner • Translate integration architecture, XPATH-based mapping, and API behaviors into clear language • Apply agentic AI tools and technology-enabled workflows to improve implementation efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical implementations in a B2B SaaS environment • Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements without sacrificing quality or responsiveness • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Planner, or comparable platforms • Strong task-oriented design instincts • Technical aptitude to work directly with engineers • Familiarity with enterprise technology stacks, including Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video conferencing systems • Working knowledge of or strong curiosity about agentic AI tools and process automation • Excellent communication across executive briefings, customer calls, written updates, and engineering stand-ups • Experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms is a strong plus • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Laurel is not able to support visa sponsorship or relocation assistance
