📋 Description

• Report to the Voice/Telecom Engineering Manager within the Network and Infrastructure Department • Collaborate with infrastructure architects, engineers, advisors, Enterprise Architects, application teams, and third-party vendors • Plan, budget, and oversee the evaluation, selection, implementation, operation, and performance of technologies and third-party vendors • Develop and execute technology strategy and roadmaps • Develop, document, communicate, and implement infrastructure technology standards • Automate processes to provide always-on solutions and optimal customer experiences • Manage outcomes delivered by third-party supplier vendors • Own relationships with internal customers across OhioHealth business units and service lines • Communicate, coordinate, manage expectations, approve, and assist with crisis management, support escalation, change management, release management, capacity management, and other ITIL processes • Analyze, plan, justify, schedule, and coordinate specialty-area administrative, operational, and financial initiatives • Manage total cost of ownership, optimization, and efficiency initiatives • Oversee supplier reporting metrics, dashboards, and status reporting • Plan, monitor, and control operating and capital budgets for assigned areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field • 8 years of technical engineering experience • Eight years of experience in a technical engineering role • Participation in process improvement or project work • Subject matter expertise in specialized technologies supporting clinical operations and information systems • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret business drivers • Project management and process excellence skills • Strong analytical, data-driven approach to problem solving • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Advanced technical knowledge of telecom/voice application platforms for contact center/CCaaS, wireless communications, overhead paging, and/or faxing • Ability to function at tactical and operational levels • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment • Ability to drive people, process, and technology changes • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and drive resources toward deadlines • Knowledge of regulatory and contractual compliance is beneficial • Experience leading large, complex projects across multiple functional departments is beneficial • Experience in a complex healthcare organization is beneficial • Ability to explain complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences is desired
