• Serve as the subject matter expert for medical staff privileging for OHSU and HMC • Lead coordination, development, standardization, and continuous improvement of privileging processes • Collaborate with Medical Staff leadership, clinical departments, and administrative stakeholders • Facilitate communication, problem-solving, and project coordination for privileging initiatives • Prepare and present reports, analyses, and recommendations to Medical Staff committees and leadership • Design, develop, and revise privilege delineation forms and associated criteria • Conduct research and benchmarking for evidence-based privileging criteria • Coordinate interdisciplinary review and approval of privilege forms • Perform audits and routine reviews of privilege documents • Maintain privileging content and evaluation data within Credential Stream • Coordinate OPPE and FPPE implementation and ongoing management • Develop specialty-specific OPPE/FPPE metrics with Medical Staff leaders • Ensure timely data collection, analysis, reporting, and follow-up for OPPE/FPPE activities • Monitor accreditation compliance and support continuous improvement of practitioner performance evaluation systems • Provide backup CUSA support, including standard and ad hoc reports, data extraction, validation, analysis, and workflow assistance • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, privacy, and security compliance • Provide consultation, training, and education on privileging criteria, evaluation methodologies, and system workflows • Support staff competency development related to privileging and evaluation processes
• Three years of experience administering or coordinating parts or subsets of a project or program • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Public Administration, or a field directly related to the position may substitute for two years of the required experience • Experience with CredentialStream preferred • Medical coding knowledge preferred • CPCS or CPMSM preferred • Ability to work Monday through Friday in the Pacific Standard time zone • Ability to attend meetings outside standard business hours when required • Prolonged sitting and computer-based work in a remote office environment
