📋 Description

• Develop BI solution architecture – ensure best practices, governance, and internal processes are followed in solution design and implementation. • Deliver full lifecycle BI development – from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, and deployment, ensuring solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time. • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions – including reports, dashboards, and metrics using MS Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, Google BigQuery, SQL, and other enterprise reporting tools. • Ensure data quality, security, and integrity – apply best practices in data analysis, test design, validation, documentation, and proactive quality measures. • Analyze and optimize complex data systems – document data elements, flows, relationships, dependencies, and perform root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities. • Stay current with BI trends and innovations – proactively explore and adopt emerging tools and practices. • Demonstrate strong technical expertise – advanced SQL skills, experience with relational databases, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10+ years of development experience of Design, develop, and implementing solutions using BI tools. • 3 or 4-year college degree in Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering and 8-10 years analytics and reporting experience. • Healthcare experience is a plus
