📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Operations organization across planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, quality, and fulfillment • Build a high-performing, scalable operations team with clear accountability, strong processes, and continuous improvement • Establish KPIs and reporting to measure operational health, service levels, and business performance • Own integrated supply and demand planning and develop forecasting models with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams • Drive monthly S&OP processes aligning demand forecasts with production capacity and financial goals • Oversee global supply chain operations from manufacturing through customer delivery • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, customs, freight optimization, and warehouse operations • Improve speed, efficiency, resilience, and cost throughout the supply chain • Ensure operational excellence across fulfillment partners and distribution operations • Own inventory strategy across DTC, retail, and wholesale channels • Optimize inventory health, turns, safety stock, allocation, and working capital • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and negotiate commercial agreements with manufacturing partners, suppliers, freight providers, and third-party logistics providers • Develop vendor relationships that improve quality, innovation, and cost • Identify and qualify secondary suppliers and manufacturing partners to reduce risk and improve resilience • Oversee product quality standards across manufacturing and fulfillment • Partner with Product Development and Regulatory teams to ensure product quality and compliance • Develop the long-term operational roadmap and scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure • Lead capacity planning, operational scenario planning, business continuity planning, and supply chain risk management • Drive change management, process standardization, data governance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement for ERP deployment and adoption • Execute cost savings initiatives and evaluate sourcing, freight, inventory, packaging, and process improvements • Partner with Finance on operational performance and margin improvement • Serve as a strategic partner to Product Development, Brand Marketing, Sales, Retail, Finance, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership • Align product launches, inventory availability, retail expansion, and operational capabilities • Influence decision-making through data and operational expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with significant experience in consumer products, beauty, CPG, or other high-growth omnichannel businesses • Proven experience leading operations within a high SKU-count business, managing broad product assortments and complex inventory across multiple channels • Demonstrated success scaling operations through periods of rapid growth • Deep expertise in demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain optimization • Strong experience leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) • Track record of successfully negotiating vendor and manufacturing agreements • Experience developing secondary sourcing strategies and building resilient global supply chains • Proven ability to identify and execute strategic cost savings initiatives that improve profitability • Strong financial acumen with experience managing inventory investments, margins, and operational budgets • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions • Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and executive stakeholder management • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
