📋 Description

• Support the management of creative projects from intake through final delivery across Campaigns, Packaging, and Brand initiatives. • Build and maintain project timelines, workbacks, trackers, and project documentation. • Coordinate project kickoffs, status meetings, reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications. • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks. • Ensure project information, timelines, assets, and deliverables are accurate, organized, and up to date. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and support project execution. • Assist with intake management, project routing, and workflow coordination across the Creative team. • Support resource tracking and workload planning to help balance team capacity and project needs. • Maintain project management systems and reporting tools that provide visibility into active work streams. • Help identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency. • Partner with Sr. Project Managers and Creative Operations leaders to support portfolio management and operational excellence. • Report to the Sr. Manager of Creative Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or related fields. • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, creative development, or brand initiatives. • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. • Experience building and maintaining timelines, trackers, project plans, and documentation. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving pieces with accuracy. • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement. • Experience working with project management tools and systems. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across functions. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and accountability. • Desire to grow into larger project leadership and operational management responsibilities. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
