📋 Description

• Lead project planning, including scope, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and goals • Manage project execution from concept design through final issued-for-construction documentation • Coordinate multidisciplinary architecture and engineering teams delivering large-scale data center campuses • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders • Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions • Oversee engineering and architectural design packages, including drawings, models, reports, calculations, and related documentation • Coordinate technical reviews and support quality management • Manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, track profitability, and support contract administration • Identify and address project risks, challenges, and opportunities • Mentor and support team members while fostering collaboration, professional development, and project success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; in lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required • 6+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, with increasing project responsibilities • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects • Experience leading or coordinating large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial • Understanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls • Ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset • Commitment to exceptional client service and delivering quality work • Passion for collaborative work, ownership, and positively affecting communities
