📋 Description

• Support project planning by helping define milestones, schedules, deliverables, and priorities • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor project progress, facilitate communication, and align work with project goals • Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members • Organize and facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and coordination discussions; document decisions and action items • Track engineering and architectural deliverables, including drawings, models, reports, and calculations • Assist with project quality management and internal review processes • Support financial management by tracking budgets, monitoring performance, and assisting with invoicing and contract administration • Identify and manage project risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts while maintaining documentation • Contribute to large-scale, multi-building data center campus delivery focused on efficient land, power, and water use

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; alternatively, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required • 4+ years of experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with increasing project responsibilities • 2+ years of project management or project coordination experience, preferably supporting multidisciplinary engineering or architectural projects • Experience with large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or campus-style developments is beneficial • Understanding of engineering and design processes, project delivery methods, contracts, budgeting, and project controls • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to build effective relationships across teams and support collaboration among diverse project stakeholders • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional client service
