📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering infrastructure projects for federal clients • Oversee planning, design, and construction support for military bases, VA campuses, and other government installations • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across complex civil and vertical construction engineering efforts • Ensure compliance with UFC, DoD, VA, and other federal standards • Guide projects from early concept development through final delivery • Contribute to proposal development and shape best practices for federal design capabilities • Define project scopes, schedules, and budgets and oversee execution • Assemble and manage multidisciplinary teams aligned with project goals and federal requirements • Serve as primary liaison with clients and stakeholders • Manage contracts, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies • Oversee technical documentation, including design plans, specifications, cost estimates, and federal RFP responses • Lead design reviews and implement quality assurance plans • Maintain organized project records • Cultivate client relationships and support future opportunities • Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry with increasing responsibility • Proven success managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering federal projects for agencies such as DoD and VA • Strong understanding of federal design standards, acquisition processes, contract requirements, and project financials • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills • High-level proficiency in client service, negotiation, and decision-making • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments with precision and integrity • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings and exceed client expectations • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to mentoring and team development • Deep understanding of consulting business operations and a drive to contribute to firm-wide success
