📋 Description

• Provide functional consulting to clients for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. • Participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud based solutions. • Partner with clients to gather requirements and translate them into HCM solutions. • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant. • Experience with both Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and post-production support. • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Core HR and Oracle Talent Management. • Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively partner with technical teams. • Experience gathering business and translating them into Oracle HCM solutions. • Experience with Oracle BI Reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher) preferred. • Experience configuring and designing Oracle HCM workflows preferred. • Additional Oracle HCM module experience (Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Payroll, etc.) is highly preferred.
