📋 Description

• Implement and support Workday applications. • Develop user documentation and deliver Workday training. • Manage Workday Reporting and Security configurations. • Support Workday implementations and enhancements. • Collaborate in Agile or hybrid project environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday applications. • Strong functional experience in one or more of the following: Workday HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Workday Financials. • Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Dashboards). • Strong experience with Workday Security, including security groups, domains, and business process security. • Experience developing user documentation and delivering Workday training. • Strong understanding of HR and/or Finance business processes. • Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, and production support. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments. • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Workday integrations including EIB, Workday Studio, or Core Connectors. • Knowledge of Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, or Learning modules. • Experience with data conversion, migration, and testing. • Workday certification(s) in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or Security is a plus. • Experience supporting large enterprise or global Workday environments.
