📋 Description

• Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing evolution; • Understand business and user needs, translating requests into prioritized functional requirements; • Lead ERP improvement and innovation initiatives, ensuring deliveries that create real value for customers and the business; • Collaborate with business areas to ensure strategic alignment and accurate deliveries; • Monitor product KPIs and propose continuous improvements based on data; • Support the development team in scoping, building the roadmap, and prioritizing features; • Lead agile ceremonies — planning, refinements, and reviews — ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for ERP solutions; • Analytical skills and product vision; • Ability to work in environments with multidisciplinary teams; • Excellent verbal and written communication. • **Differentials:** • Experience in tax or fiscal compliance projects within ERP systems; • Knowledge of ERP integration with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or CRM systems; • Degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
