📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end invoicing process for completed field service work • Communicate proactively with Field Service Partners to secure missing deliverables required to process invoices • Audit client-initiated invoicing concerns and determine whether the Scope of Work is accurate • Troubleshoot case histories to determine whether issues should be billed internally due to validation mistakes • Enter completed service pricing from Field Service Provider invoices in alignment with agreed pricing tiers, rates, and billable party • Review work order histories and process Retroactive Non-covered Service Requests alongside client responses • Submit approved Retroactive Non-covered Service Requests for final invoicing • Collaborate with internal accounting, Partner Management, and Accounts Payable teams • Ensure work orders are closed within 30 days of the Field Service Provider's initial submission • Report to the Partner Account Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in the residential solar industry with a deep understanding of solar scopes of work, troubleshooting, and equipment • Hands-on experience utilizing SolarEdge and Enphase platforms • Proficiency navigating Salesforce to review case work order histories • Demonstrated background in Field Service Provider management • Experience processing complex invoices • Experience maintaining firm but professional partner communications • Strong investigative capabilities • Ability to cross-reference contracts, validate performed work, catch discrepancies, and accurately determine financial liability
