📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including outbound emails, global landing pages, lead upload, lead scoring, and lead delivery. • Provide strategic operational support to the Global Demand organization. • Partner with IT to maintain Marketing-related processes in Salesforce (SFDC). • Support Business Development Representative (BDR) teams in follow-up of inbound leads and outbound prospecting. • Research, test, and implement AI technologies for Marketing workflows. • Develop critical metrics dashboards for measuring performance against KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. • Manage Campaign Operations team including Campaign Ops Manager and Automation Specialist. • Oversee MarTech stack including Administrator-level responsibilities for Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), Eloqua. • Partner with Global Demand and IT leadership in defining core lead workflow systems. • Develop enablement and process governance strategy for Global Demand functions. • Contribute to measurement and analysis of Global Demand programs.
