📋 Description

• Master the backend architecture, specifically focusing on payment system management and invoicing triggers. • Perform continuous “Tri-Point Reconciliation” (Invoiced vs. Actual Spend vs. Budget) across the portfolio. • Act as the technical partner for Marketing Specialists, ensuring budgeting tools reflect real-time financial data. • Oversee data flow within NetSuite to ensure the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) model is billed accurately. • Supervise customer records and project setups to prevent billing leaks or service discrepancies. • Oversee data for the Creative Catalog, ensuring assets are tracked and billed according to contract terms. • Monitor project-based billings to ensure milestones are met and invoiced accurately.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Data Science or related fields. • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to build reliable, scalable models and structured datasets that can be used across teams. • Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms. • Experience with business intelligence tools including Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools. • Strong interest in automation and emerging technologies, including AI tools such as LLMs and workflow automation platforms like Zapier, with the ability to apply them to improve data accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency. • Strong systems thinking skills, with the ability to understand and map end-to-end workflows across interconnected tools, processes, and data flows. • This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to additional compliance requirements.
