📋 Description

• Own annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly reforecasts, and risk and opportunity tracking • Build and run financial models and project-manage the FP&A calendar • Translate results into management reporting, variance bridges, and margin and mix analysis • Run monthly and quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts • Validate forecast assumptions and drive accountability across business partners and cost center owners • Deliver timely management reporting and financial storytelling for leadership • Lead variance analysis covering volume, mix, timing, and rate impacts • Conduct margin and mix analysis to identify Gross Profit and EBITDA drivers • Track business risks, opportunities, initiatives, and EBITDA levers • Drive annual planning, maintain and improve the Pigment forecast model, and set planning templates, assumptions, and drivers • Own KPI definitions and reporting for Executive Business Reviews • Set and enforce deadlines across planning and forecasting cycles • Design automated workflows, including with tools like Claude CoWork • Provide business and financial context to BI/Analytics, IT Development, and EPM development teams • Partner with Accounting, Operations Finance, Commercial Finance, and BI/Analytics to ensure data integrity and cross-system alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting & analysis • Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable models and workflows in Pigment and beyond • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Experience using AI tools such as Claude CoWork to build repeatable workflows and speed up reporting & analysis • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to translate data into a clear point of view • Hands-on experience with an EPM/FP&A platform • CPG industry experience a plus • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms • Up to 10% travel required • Genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition for a healthier and happier planet • Desire to contribute to a dynamic high-growth, purpose-driven work environment • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, understand business needs, develop cohesive strategy, and make high-judgment decisions • Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and Finance preferred • Must reside in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
