📋 Description

• Resolve claims as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. • Engage in routine motion practice, discovery, and legal research to build robust defenses and advocate effectively. • Handle routine depositions, hearings, conferences, and trials, representing clients with professional decorum and exceptional courtroom skills. • Travel to regional boards and courts as required to advocate on behalf of clients.

• Skilled Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney • Actively manage, investigate, and represent workers' compensation cases from inception through final conclusion • Collaborate directly with experienced adjusters and corporate clients • Lead high-impact dispute resolution and defensive advocacy
