📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning activities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Work as part of One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team providing evidence-based virtual care to patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • At least 2 years in the past 5 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), or in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in NY, NJ, MA, or IL, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • For IL, must have received independent practice authority in Illinois, APRN-FPA • For NJ, must have Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with Full Practice Authority status (> 5000 hours in primary care) • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Ability to work shifts ranging from 8am–7pm ET, 11am–10pm ET, 12pm–11pm ET, or 1pm–12am ET • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
