📋 Description

• Conduct virtual visits for acute, chronic, preventive, and mental health care • Establish strong patient relationships and drive continuity of care • Collaborate with virtual care teams, health coaches, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues on a virtual care team • Develop and refine virtual panel-building workflows and best practices • Manage a new patient panel through comprehensive and longitudinal primary care

🎯 Requirements

• Currently licensed in CA, with willingness and ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed • Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of starting at One Medical • Active state medical license with willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care • Experience or strong interest in telehealth and virtual care delivery • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain patient relationships in a virtual setting • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Openness to feedback and reflection • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to patient needs • Authorization to work in the U.S. confirmed through E-Verify
