📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year as part of the Virtual Medical Team

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a Master's Degree in a Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) and maintaining active NCCPA certification OR completion of a Master's Degree in an accredited FNP program with a national certification • In the past 5 years, at least 2 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and/or Sunday required • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6am–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Authorization to work in the U.S.
